Drug intelligence / Profile preview
glofitamab + polatuzumab vedotin + zuberitamab is an investigational combination regimen being evaluated for the treatment of newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The regimen combines three distinct therapeutic agents: glofitamab, a bispecific antibody that recruits T cells to CD20-expressing B cells; polatuzumab vedotin, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting CD79b that delivers the cytotoxic agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) directly to malignant B cells; and zuberitamab, a monoclonal antibody targeting CD20. This combination is being studied in a Phase II trial (NCT06141330) sponsored by Li Zhiming at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center, utilizing a response-adapted approach where patients who do not achieve a complete response may receive additional CHP (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone) chemotherapy.
