This is a combination therapy consisting of GM-CSF (granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor), lenalidomide, and glofitamab. GM-CSF is a cytokine that stimulates the production and function of granulocytes and macrophages. Lenalidomide is an immunomodulatory drug with antineoplastic and anti-angiogenic properties. Glofitamab is a T-cell engaging bispecific antibody targeting CD20 on B cells and CD3 on T cells. According to the search results, glofitamab is administered starting on the 7th day after the end of radiotherapy in some protocols, with GM-CSF administered in conjunction with the therapy.
