Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Golidocitinib in combination with anti-PD-1 antibodies is being investigated for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly in patients who have progressed after prior anti-PD-1 therapy. Preclinical studies have shown that this combination has synergistic potential for anti-tumor effects. In clinical trials, the combination achieved a 44.3% response rate in NSCLC patients who had progressed after previous anti-PD-1 therapy.
