Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Golidocitinib + CHOP is an investigational combination therapy consisting of golidocitinib, a selective Janus kinase 1 (JAK1) inhibitor, and the standard CHOP chemotherapy regimen. Golidocitinib is a small molecule developed for its targeted inhibition of JAK1, which plays a key role in cytokine signaling pathways involved in hematologic malignancies. The CHOP regimen includes cyclophosphamide (an alkylating agent), doxorubicin (an anthracycline), vincristine (a mitotic inhibitor), and prednisone (a corticosteroid). This combination is being explored primarily for the treatment of aggressive lymphomas such as peripheral T-cell lymphoma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
