Overview

Golidocitinib + CHOP is an investigational combination therapy comprising golidocitinib, a potent and highly selective oral Janus kinase 1 (JAK1) inhibitor, and the CHOP chemotherapy regimen (cyclophosphamide, epirubicin, vindesine, and prednisone). Golidocitinib targets the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, which is constitutively activated in many T-cell malignancies, thereby inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and survival. The addition of golidocitinib to the standard-of-care CHOP-like chemotherapy is being evaluated as a first-line treatment for patients with newly diagnosed peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL). This combination aims to improve the complete response rate and long-term survival outcomes in a patient population that typically faces poor prognosis with conventional chemotherapy alone. Clinical trials, including those led by Peking Union Medical College Hospital, are currently assessing the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of this regimen.
