GRT-R904 is a neoantigen-based therapeutic cancer vaccine designed to stimulate the immune system to recognize and destroy tumor cells. It consists of tumor-specific shared neoantigens, which are immunogenic and unique across subsets of patients. The vaccine is administered in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors (nivolumab and ipilimumab) for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer (MSS-CRC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and other shared neoantigen-positive tumors. The mechanism involves priming the immune system against specific mutations such as KRAS and TP53 using an adenovirus-based prime followed by a self-amplifying mRNA boost[1][2][3][5][6].
