Overview

**HDM1010** is an oral fixed-dose combination tablet developed by Huadong Medicine for type 2 diabetes mellitus. It combines HDM1002, an orally active, potent, highly selective small-molecule full agonist of the glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor, with an undisclosed sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitor. The combination is intended to provide complementary glucose-lowering activity through GLP-1 receptor activation and inhibition of renal glucose reabsorption via SGLT2. The US FDA cleared its investigational new drug application in June 2025, enabling Phase 1 clinical development in the United States.
