Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HRS-7172 + AG + SHR-1316 is an investigational combination regimen under development by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, specifically pancreatic cancer harboring RAS mutations or amplifications. The regimen combines three therapeutic modalities: HRS-7172, an oral small molecule pan-RAS inhibitor; AG, a standard chemotherapy doublet consisting of nab-paclitaxel (albumin-bound paclitaxel) and gemcitabine; and SHR-1316 (adebrelimab), a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1. This triplet combination is designed to synergistically inhibit oncogenic RAS signaling, induce cytotoxic tumor cell death, and block immune checkpoint pathways to enhance T-cell-mediated antitumor responses.
