HS006

HS006 (Anruize) is a recombinant chimeric human/murine monoclonal antibody targeting the CD20 antigen, developed by Zhejiang Hisun Pharmaceutical as a biosimilar to rituximab. It binds specifically to the CD20 transmembrane protein expressed on the surface of normal and malignant B lymphocytes, mediating cell lysis through complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC), antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), and the induction of apoptosis. HS006 is approved in China for the treatment of various B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL), including follicular lymphoma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, as well as chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It is often utilized in combination with chemotherapy regimens, such as CHOP, to improve clinical outcomes in patients with CD20-positive malignancies.
