Overview

IASO208 is an experimental **in vivo CAR-T cell therapy** targeting the **CD20** antigen, developed by **IASO Bio** (Nanjing Reindeer Medical Technology). Unlike conventional CAR-T therapies that require the extraction, genetic modification, and re-infusion of a patient's T cells (*ex vivo*), IASO208 is designed to deliver the CAR transgene directly into the patient's body to reprogram endogenous T cells. This approach aims to eliminate the complexities, high costs, and long turnaround times associated with *ex vivo* manufacturing. The therapy is currently being evaluated in Investigator-Initiated Trials (IIT) for patients with **relapsed or refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL)** who have received at least three prior lines of therapy.
