Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IB-MS is an orally administered small molecule drug candidate developed by Innobioscience for the treatment of Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS) and Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. Its mechanism of action involves the modulation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and TCF/LEF activity, combined with the engagement of PPAR-γ (Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma) pathways. This multi-targeted approach is designed to promote neuroprotection and remyelination while exerting anti-inflammatory effects. IB-MS is currently in Phase 2 clinical development.
