Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Iberdomide + rituximab** is an investigational combination therapy composed of iberdomide, a novel cereblon E3 ligase modulator (CELMoD), and rituximab, a monoclonal antibody targeting CD20. Iberdomide acts by binding cereblon and promoting ubiquitin-mediated degradation of transcription factors Ikaros and Aiolos, enhancing immune co-stimulatory activities and anti-tumor immunity. Rituximab is a chimeric monoclonal antibody that binds CD20 on B cells, inducing cell lysis via immune-mediated mechanisms. The combination is being studied for the treatment of relapsed or refractory lymphoma, including aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and follicular lymphoma.
