ICG132 is a dual-targeted chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy designed to simultaneously target the CD19 and CD20 antigens on the surface of B-cell malignancies. Developed by The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University, this cell therapy is being investigated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma and acute B-lymphoblastic leukemia.
