IDM-4 is an immuno-designed molecule developed as a targeted therapy for leukemia. It is described as a monoclonal antibody-specific antigen that selectively targets cancer cells by coupling with tumor cell-killing MAK cells derived from the patient's own monocytes. The drug was investigated in phase I/II clinical trials for leukemia, specifically chronic lymphocytic leukemia, but development appears to have been discontinued. Its mechanism involves targeting tumor antigens and facilitating immune-mediated destruction of malignant cells.
