Drug intelligence / Profile preview
An investigational **intrathecal cell-based immunotherapy** in which naïve T cells are precomplexed with an IL13Rα2 × CD3 bispecific T-cell engager. The surface-bound engager retargets the administered T cells to IL13Rα2-expressing tumor cells and promotes CD3-mediated T-cell activation and cytotoxicity. In preclinical patient-derived xenograft models, this approach showed antitumor activity and survival benefit in glioblastoma and leptomeningeal disease models. The molecular identity of the bispecific engager and any sponsor-specific product identifier have not been publicly disclosed.
