Overview

IM-A5N1 is an investigational bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by ITabMed for the treatment of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Utilizing the company's proprietary iTAb™ (Immune-Targeting Antibody) platform, IM-A5N1 is designed as a T-cell engager that simultaneously targets the CD20 antigen on malignant B-cells and the CD3 receptor on T-cells. By bridging these two cell types, the drug facilitates the formation of an immunological synapse, leading to the localized activation of T-cells and the subsequent redirected lysis of CD20-positive lymphoma cells. It is currently in early-stage development as part of ITabMed's pipeline of immune-targeted therapies.
