Drug intelligence / Profile preview
IMV104 is an experimental in vivo CAR-T cell therapy being developed by Immunofoco for the treatment of B-cell disorders. Utilizing the company's proprietary iMAGIC (in vivo Manipulated Antigen-specific Gene-Integrated Cell) platform, IMV104 employs a lentiviral vector-based delivery system to generate CAR-T cells directly within the patient's body. This approach is designed to circumvent the complexities and costs associated with traditional ex vivo CAR-T manufacturing and lymphodepletion. IMV104 features dual targeting of CD19 and CD20 antigens, a strategy intended to improve therapeutic efficacy and prevent disease relapse caused by antigen escape. The program is currently in the preclinical and investigator-initiated trial (IIT) stages.
