Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Imvotamab (IGM-2323) is an engineered IgM-based bispecific antibody designed to target CD20 on B cells and CD3 on T cells. Developed by IGM Biosciences, it utilizes the high-avidity, decavalent structure of the IgM isotype to facilitate T-cell mediated depletion of B cells. The drug was primarily investigated for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, such as relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and idiopathic inflammatory myopathies. In January 2025, IGM Biosciences announced the discontinuation of imvotamab's development following interim Phase 1b data in autoimmune indications that showed insufficient B-cell depletion. The company was subsequently acquired by Concentra Biosciences in August 2025.
