INND-101 is a preclinical-stage mRNA-based therapeutic candidate developed by InnDura Therapeutics for the treatment of autoimmune disorders driven by autoreactive B cells and plasma cells. The drug utilizes the proprietary EVE16™ platform, which involves lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) targeted to CD8A+ cells to deliver mRNA encoding a chimeric EVE16 immune receptor. This receptor, built on a CD16A framework, is designed to redirect the patient's own CD8+ T cells, NK cells, and monocytes/macrophages to target and eliminate cells expressing CD20 and BCMA. By simultaneously targeting both B cells and plasma cells, INND-101 aims to provide a more robust depletion of the autoreactive immune components responsible for chronic autoimmune conditions compared to single-antigen therapies.
