Overview

INT2104 is an investigational in vivo chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) gene therapy developed by Interius BioTherapeutics for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. Unlike traditional ex vivo CAR-T therapies, INT2104 uses a lentiviral vector to deliver a CAR transgene directly into CD7-positive T and natural killer (NK) cells within the patient’s body, generating effector CAR-T and CAR-NK cells in vivo. These engineered immune cells then target and eliminate CD20-expressing malignant B cells. The therapy is designed as an off-the-shelf, single-dose intravenous infusion that does not require lymphodepletion or specialized equipment, aiming to broaden patient access and overcome logistical challenges associated with current cell therapies[1][2][3][4][5][7].
