InViVoCAR1920 mRNA is an experimental *in vivo* CAR-T cell therapy being developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma and leukemia. The therapy utilizes polymer-lipid nanoparticles (PLNs) to deliver mRNA encoding a dual-targeting chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) that simultaneously targets CD19 and CD20 antigens on the surface of malignant B cells. Unlike conventional CAR-T therapies that require complex *ex vivo* genetic modification of a patient's T cells, InViVoCAR1920 mRNA is designed to reprogram T cells directly within the patient's body. This approach aims to simplify the manufacturing process, reduce treatment wait times, and mitigate the risk of antigen escape by targeting two distinct B-cell markers.
