This is a combination therapy consisting of four agents: - **IPM514** (also referred to as IMPT-514) is an investigational CAR-T cell therapy targeting B-cell antigens CD19 and CD20. It is being studied for its anti-tumor activity in various cancers, including esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC)[5]. - **Tislelizumab** is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1), blocking its interaction with PD-L1/PD-L2 and thereby restoring T-cell function for immune-mediated antitumor effects[6][8]. - **Cisplatin** is a platinum-based chemotherapy agent that forms DNA crosslinks and induces apoptosis in rapidly dividing cells. - **Paclitaxel** is a microtubule-stabilizing chemotherapeutic agent that inhibits mitosis. This combination regimen is under investigation as neoadjuvant therapy for patients with resectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The goal of the study is to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy prior to surgery[1][3][4].
