Overview
Itraconazole is a triazole antifungal agent that works by inhibiting the fungal enzyme lanosterol 14α-demethylase, thereby disrupting ergosterol synthesis and compromising fungal cell membrane integrity. It is used to treat a variety of serious fungal infections, including those affecting the lungs, mouth, throat, fingernails, and toenails[1][2][4][8]. SHR0302 is a highly selective Janus kinase 1 (JAK1) inhibitor developed for immune-mediated diseases such as atopic dermatitis and rheumatoid arthritis. It modulates cytokine signaling pathways involved in inflammation while sparing JAK2 to reduce hematologic side effects[6]. The combination of itraconazole with SHR0302 may be studied for pharmacokinetic interactions or potential therapeutic synergy but does not represent an approved fixed-dose combination.
