Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JNJ-80948543 + JNJ-75348780 is an investigational combination therapy for relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The regimen consists of JNJ-80948543, a trispecific T-cell–redirecting antibody targeting CD79b, CD20, and CD3, and JNJ-75348780, a bispecific antibody targeting CD22 and CD3. Both agents aim to engage and redirect T cells toward B cells expressing their respective antigens, with the goal of enhancing cytotoxic immune responses against malignant B cells in B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoid malignancies. JNJ-80948543 is administered subcutaneously or intravenously, and JNJ-75348780 is administered subcutaneously. The combination is undergoing Phase 1b clinical trials to determine the recommended Phase 2 regimen and to establish safety and preliminary efficacy in adults with relapsed/refractory B-cell NHL[1][3][5].
