Overview

JS203 is a recombinant humanized anti-CD20/CD3 bispecific antibody developed for the treatment of relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. It works by simultaneously binding to CD20 on B lymphoma cells and CD3 on T cells, enabling T cells to effectively kill lymphoma cells. Pre-clinical studies have shown significant anti-tumor effects with good tolerability.
