Drug intelligence / Profile preview
JS203 + gemcitabine + oxaliplatin is a combination therapy regimen being developed by Shanghai Junshi Bioscience for the treatment of various B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas. The regimen combines JS203, a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody targeting CD20 and CD3, with the standard Gemox chemotherapy backbone (gemcitabine and oxaliplatin). JS203 functions as a T-cell engager, binding to CD20 on malignant B-cells and CD3 on T-cells to induce T-cell activation and directed cytotoxicity against the tumor cells. Gemcitabine is a pyrimidine antimetabolite that inhibits DNA synthesis, while oxaliplatin is a platinum-based agent that causes DNA cross-linking and apoptosis. This combination is currently being evaluated in Phase 2 clinical trials for patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and marginal zone lymphoma (MZL).
