Overview
**KH002** is an investigational recombinant hexavalent norovirus vaccine developed by Chengdu Kanghua Biological Products. It is a virus-like-particle vaccine intended to induce protective immune responses against six prevalent norovirus genotypes: GI.1, GII.2, GII.3, GII.4, GII.6, and GII.17. The candidate is being evaluated for prevention of norovirus infection and norovirus-associated acute gastroenteritis; a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 1 study has evaluated three intramuscular doses administered at 28-day intervals in healthy adults.
