Overview

**KITE-363 + KITE-753** is a combination of two autologous CAR T-cell therapies targeting CD19 and CD20 antigens on B-cells. Both are dual-targeted CAR-T cell products, designed to treat relapsed and/or refractory B-cell lymphoma by genetically engineering a patient's own T cells to express chimeric antigen receptors against CD19 and CD20, two proteins highly expressed on malignant B cells. These therapies leverage the immune system to selectively target and destroy B-cell lymphoma cells. Clinical trials are ongoing to assess their safety, efficacy, and dosing in this population[1][3][5][8]. Both products are developed by Kite Pharma. KITE-753 utilizes a rapid manufacturing process and shows higher juvenile T cell proportions compared to KITE-363 benchmark[10].
