Drug intelligence / Profile preview
KN007 is a biosimilar monoclonal antibody candidate developed by Suzhou Alphamab Co., Ltd. It is designed as a biosimilar of rituximab, targeting the B-lymphocyte antigen CD20. CD20 is a transmembrane protein expressed on the surface of B-cells, and its targeting leads to B-cell depletion through mechanisms such as complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC). KN007 is primarily being developed for hematological indications, including B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The asset is currently in early-stage clinical development, with pipeline reports indicating it is in Phase 1 or preclinical stages.
