KRAS G12V T cell engager (MA022-2037) is a preclinical-stage, half-life extended bispecific T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by Myrio Therapeutics. Utilizing Myrio's proprietary Retained Display (ReD) platform, the antibody is designed to target the KRAS G12V mutant peptide presented in complex with HLA-A*11:01 on the surface of tumor cells. By simultaneously binding to the CD3 receptor on T cells and the KRAS G12V/HLA-A*11:01 complex on cancer cells, MA022-2037 redirects host T-cell cytolytic activity to selectively eliminate KRAS G12V-mutant tumor cells while sparing wild-type or mismatched tissues. It is currently undergoing IND-enabling studies for the treatment of KRAS G12V-driven solid tumors, including lung, pancreatic, and colon cancers.
