Overview

This is a combination product containing three probiotic strains (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus salivarius, and Bifidobacterium bifidus BGN4) along with mesalazine, an anti-inflammatory medication. The probiotic components help improve digestion, restore normal gut flora, and may reduce inflammation in the gut lining. Mesalazine is an aminosalicylate anti-inflammatory drug used to treat inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. This combination may be used to treat inflammatory bowel conditions while simultaneously supporting gut microbiota.
