LBG-1600M is a topical small molecule Janus kinase 1 (JAK1) inhibitor developed by Suzhou Longbotai Pharmaceutical for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. By selectively inhibiting the JAK1 enzyme, the drug modulates the signaling pathways of several pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-4, IL-13, and IL-31, which are central to the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis.
