Drug intelligence / Profile preview
LC004 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) being developed by Zhejiang Longcharm Bio-Tech Pharma (also known as Zhejiang Longchuan Biomedical Technology). It is specifically designed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphocyte malignancies, including B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL). The drug is formulated as oral tablets and is currently in Phase I clinical development, where it is being evaluated for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity. Notably, LC004 is intended to address unmet needs in patients who have failed prior BTK inhibitor therapies, including those with resistance mutations such as BTK C481S.
