Overview
A combination therapy that adds the immunomodulatory agent lenalidomide to the standard R-CHOP regimen (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone). This combination leverages lenalidomide's immune modulation, anti-angiogenesis, microenvironment modulation, immune synapse restoration, and direct antitumor effects alongside the established efficacy of R-CHOP chemotherapy. The regimen has shown synergistic effects in clinical trials for aggressive B-cell lymphomas, particularly in elderly patients with untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
