MAB-anti-Mesothelin

MAB-anti-Mesothelin is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody developed by MAB DESIGNS that targets mesothelin, a cell surface glycoprotein highly expressed on various cancer types. The antibody is specifically designed to selectively target the membrane-associated form of mesothelin, which is significantly elevated in numerous tumor types while remaining at low levels in normal mesothelial cells. This selectivity makes it an attractive candidate for the treatment of mesothelin-expressing tumors, including mesothelioma, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, and lung adenocarcinomas. The drug operates through a monoclonal antibody mechanism of action and is currently in preclinical development.
