MBS303 is a novel bispecific antibody with a 2:1 configuration targeting CD20 and CD3. It functions as a T-cell engager designed to kill malignant B cells by simultaneously binding to the B-lymphocyte antigen CD20 on B cells and the CD3 receptor on T cells. This mechanism recruits and activates T cells to induce cytotoxicity against malignant B cells. Developed primarily for treatment of relapsed or refractory CD20-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL), it is currently in Phase I/II clinical trials evaluating safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and efficacy. The drug is administered intravenously (MBS303 formulation) or subcutaneously (MSC303 formulation). It has demonstrated favorable safety profiles and promising antitumor activity in early clinical data.
