ModCAR is a Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy platform developed by Hauulbio. It is designed to engineer T-cells to express receptors that target a broad spectrum of tumor-associated antigens, including CD19, CD20, CD22, BCMA, CD3, HER2, EGFR, MUC1, GRP78, and GRP94. By recognizing these specific surface proteins, the modified T-cells are directed to mediate targeted cytotoxicity against malignant cells. The platform is being explored for the treatment of various hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, such as Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML), Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL), Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC), Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), and Colorectal Cancer (CRC).
