**MOR209** (also known as MOR209/ES414 or ES414) is a humanized bispecific antibody developed using Emergent BioSolutions' ADAPTIR modular protein technology platform. It simultaneously binds prostate-specific membrane antigen (**PSMA**, or glutamate carboxypeptidase II, FOLH1) on prostate cancer cells and the **CD3ε** subunit on T cells, redirecting T-cell cytotoxicity to lyse PSMA-expressing tumor cells. Designed for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (**mCRPC**), it demonstrates potent target-dependent tumor killing at picomolar concentrations in preclinical models, with a favorable pharmacokinetic profile (half-life ~4 days in mice) and limited cytokine release compared to other bispecific formats.
