Overview

**Mosunetuzumab + golcadomide** is an experimental drug combination being evaluated in clinical trials for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), including subtypes such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and others. **Mosunetuzumab** is a T-cell engaging bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets CD3 on T cells and CD20 on B cells, redirecting T cells to mediate cytotoxic activity against malignant B cells. **Golcadomide** (also known as CC-220) is a next-generation immunomodulatory drug (iMiD) that modulates the immune system and is thought to block the growth of cancer cells through direct antiproliferative and immunomodulatory effects. This combination is being investigated in phase 1 clinical trials for its safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics in adult patients with B-cell NHL that is relapsed or refractory after prior therapy[1][7].
