Overview

Mosunetuzumab + lenalidomide is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated for the treatment of follicular lymphoma. Mosunetuzumab is a CD20xCD3 bispecific antibody that redirects T cells to engage and eliminate malignant B cells, while lenalidomide is a potent immunomodulatory agent that can stop cancer cells from developing and help the immune system attack cancer cells. The combination is designed to provide synergistic effects in treating lymphoma, particularly in relapsed/refractory settings.
