Overview

Multi-target CAR-T is a preclinical cell therapy program being developed by Guangdong Guanhao Biotech in collaboration with the Beihao Research Institute (a joint venture with Peking University). The program focuses on the development of chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapies that target multiple tumor antigens simultaneously to mitigate the risk of antigen escape and improve therapeutic outcomes in oncology. A distinguishing feature of this program is its utilization of chemically induced pluripotent stem cell (CiPS) and extended pluripotent stem cell (EPS) technologies, which were developed by Professor Deng Hongkui. These platforms are intended to facilitate the generation of high-quality, scalable cell products for cancer treatment. As of the current reporting, specific molecular targets and clinical indications remain undisclosed by the developer.
