Overview

Naporafenib + spartalizumab is a combination therapy consisting of naporafenib (a RAF kinase inhibitor) and spartalizumab (a PD-1 inhibitor). Naporafenib targets RAF kinases in the MAPK pathway, which is often dysregulated in cancer, particularly those with BRAF, KRAS, or NRAS mutations. Spartalizumab is a humanized IgG4κ monoclonal antibody that binds to PD-1 and blocks its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2, helping to unmask cancer cells and allow the immune system to attack them more effectively. This combination has been investigated primarily for advanced solid tumors.
