Drug intelligence / Profile preview
NBT508 is a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody targeting CD20 and CD3, developed by Newport Biopharmaceutical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for the treatment of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL). By simultaneously binding to the CD20 antigen on the surface of malignant B cells and the CD3 receptor on T cells, NBT508 facilitates the formation of an immunological synapse, leading to T-cell activation and the subsequent directed lysis of the cancerous B cells. It is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation in patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies.
