**NOBO-204** is a NOBO Medicine oncology combination program comprising the covalent Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitor **poseltinib**, the cereblon E3-ligase-modulating agent **golcadomide**, and the anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody **rituximab**. The regimen is being developed for relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, combining inhibition of B-cell receptor signaling with cereblon-mediated immunomodulatory protein degradation and CD20-directed B-cell depletion.
