NV102 is a preclinical-stage nano-antibody drug conjugate (nano-ADC) being developed by NanoValent Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of CD19-positive hematological malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The drug utilizes NanoValent's proprietary Hybrid Polymerized Liposomal Nanoparticle (HPLN) platform, also referred to as Targeted NanoSpheres (TNS), to encapsulate the cytotoxic payload doxorubicin. By functionalizing the surface of these nanoparticles with an anti-CD19 antibody, NV102 specifically targets cancer cells expressing the CD19 antigen, facilitating the intracellular delivery of doxorubicin while potentially reducing the systemic toxicities associated with conventional chemotherapy. This technology was developed in collaboration with Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA).
