NV104 is a preclinical-stage nano-antibody drug conjugate (nano-ADC) being developed by NanoValent Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of glioblastoma (GBM) and other B7H3 (CD276)-expressing tumors. The drug is built on NanoValent's proprietary Hybrid Polymerized Liposomal Nanoparticle (HPLN) platform technology, which creates Targeted NanoSpheres (nADC/TNS). These nanospheres are designed to deliver the cytotoxic payload irinotecan specifically to tumor cells expressing the B7H3 antigen. This novel format conjugate aims to improve the delivery, safety, and efficacy of cancer therapeutics by maximizing bioavailability and preferentially targeting tumor cells while minimizing exposure to normal cells.
