NV106 is a preclinical-stage nano-antibody drug conjugate (nADC) developed by NanoValent Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of glioblastoma (GBM). The drug utilizes the proprietary Hybrid Polymerized Liposomal Nanoparticle (HPLN) platform to create Targeted NanoSpheres (TNS) that target B7-H3 (CD276), a protein overexpressed in various solid tumors. NV106 encapsulates temozolomide, a DNA alkylating agent, allowing for targeted delivery to tumor cells while minimizing systemic toxicity. Although it was a key part of NanoValent's pipeline for B7-H3-positive malignancies, recent reports indicate its development has been discontinued.
