NVKP-16 is a small-molecule drug candidate developed by KINETO Lab designed to target RAS and KRAS mutations. The program focuses on addressing RASopathies and various KRAS-mutant cancers, including colon/rectal cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, and pancreatic cancer. Preclinical development for this program was conducted between 2016 and 2019. The drug aims to inhibit oncogenic signaling driven by RAS/KRAS mutations, which are prevalent in a high percentage of gastrointestinal and lung malignancies.
