Drug intelligence / Profile preview
OC211 is a Pan-KRAS inhibitor being developed by Oncocross (also known as Oncocross Australia Pty Ltd.), a South Korean biotechnology company. Discovered using the company's RAPTOR AI™ platform, OC211 is designed to target a broad spectrum of KRAS mutations (Pan-KRAS) rather than a single specific allele. KRAS mutations are among the most common drivers in human cancers, particularly in pancreatic, colorectal, and lung malignancies. By inhibiting multiple KRAS variants, OC211 aims to provide a more comprehensive therapeutic approach for KRAS-driven oncology indications. The drug is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development, undergoing in vivo studies to support future clinical trials.
