Overview

Odronextamab is a fully human, hinge-stabilized IgG4-based bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets both CD20 on B cells and CD3 on T cells. By simultaneously binding to these two proteins, it brings malignant B cells and cytotoxic T cells into close proximity, facilitating T-cell activation and targeted killing of cancerous B cells. Odronextamab is primarily developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), both subtypes of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. It has demonstrated clinically meaningful efficacy in patients who have received at least two prior lines of systemic therapy. The drug was developed by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals and is marketed under the brand name Ordspono in the European Union, where it received approval in August 2024 for FL and DLBCL after two or more prior therapies[2][5][7].
